Description

Laguna Lodge Tortuguero is an ecotourism hotel with a touch of style, comfort, and personalized service, a leader among the hotels and resorts of this tropical nation.

The hotel is located on the beach in Costa Rica’s northern Caribbean area, on an exclusive strip of land with the ocean on one side and Tortuguero lagoon on the other.

Tortuguero National Park is one of the most important green turtle (Chelonia mydas) nesting sites in the entire western Caribbean. Nesting season begins around mid-July and ends in October; you can join us on a night walk to look for green turtles.

The hotel has a restaurant overlooking Tortuguero lagoon, with beautiful views of the nearby jungle and you can also admire the local residents’ boats as they go to and from the village.
