Making a Difference

Number of employees: 200

At Condor Travel, we assume the responsibility of playing an active role in the sustainable development of our region, protecting our living culture and archeological heritage, and increasing benefits for local communities.

Our commitment is reflected in the opportunity our visitors have to interact with local communities and contribute to improving quality of life with their visit. One specific case is the experiential tourism project in the Mullak’as Misminay community, where 300 families are improving their living standards through tourism. We also support natural resource conservation programs in the emblematic sites of Cusco, such as the Inca Trail and Machu Picchu, and we promote best environmental practices in our offices and the destinations we visit.

Rainforest Alliance recently verified our operation in Cusco, showing favorable results for our continuing progress toward achieving the implementation of sustainable tourism.

Condor Travel is a member of Tour Operators Promoting Sustainability (TOPS), a specialized global platform of tour operators dedicated to promoting and supporting sustainable tourism in their respective markets.
