Hotel Divisamar is a great adventure for the whole family.
We are very close to beautiful beaches and Manuel Antonio National Park, the well-known tropical dry forest reserve, and just 2.5 miles (4 km) from the town and port of Quepos on the central Pacific side of Costa Rica.
Our hotel is owned and operated by a local family, which allows us to offer reasonable prices. We have three coffee shops, four restaurants, a pool, jacuzzi, private parking, safes, ATMs, car rentals, local and regional transportation, and tours.

El Hotel Divisamar is a family hotel that has sustainable tourism certification from the Costa Rican Tourism Institute (ICT) in recognition of its sustainable policies.
We are members of the Blue Flag program for beaches in Manuel Antonio. We support the conservation of Manuel Antonio National Park and the Casa de Amor program that helps drug addicts become reintegrated into society. We also have voluntary donation programs.

You can reach Manuel Antonio from San José, Puntarenas, Monteverde, and Guanacaste. There is public bus service (from San José, passing by Juan Santamaría International Airport) and private transport service (Interbus, door-to-door service, other); you can also travel by boat to and from Montezuma.
The "Pioneers in National Tourism" prize was awarded to the hotel’s founders, Álvaro and Felicia Asch, at Expotur 2006 for their 40 years of tourism work in Manuel Antonio, support of community development, and promotion of the destination. Some of their accomplishments include bringing basic public services to the area (electricity, potable water, and telephone lines); building two of the three aqueducts; the new road (improvements to the old road); and paving the highway to Manuel Antonio from the town of Quepos.
